apress Posted August 4, 2005 Report Posted August 4, 2005 i travle frequently to this area and coral gables has always been listed as a separate area of miami. i recently noticed that coconut grove has been added to this area. any comments or advice; the hotels in the grove are not as superior as the hyatt which usually appears.
thereuare Posted August 4, 2005 Report Posted August 4, 2005 Are there any other changes to boundaries or have the two zones simply been merged? Is it 'safe' to just combine the two lists from our PRICELINE HOTEL LISTS? Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
apress Posted August 5, 2005 Author Report Posted August 5, 2005 It appears that the areas have merged. I just bid on a 4star in that area at $51 for 8/10 and instead of receiving the hyatt(usually available at that price) I was rewarded with the wyndham grand bay. never stayed there, so we shall see. Most of the reviews are less than complimentary.
thereuare Posted August 5, 2005 Report Posted August 5, 2005 Was that your first bid in the zone? Thanks for the report. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
apress Posted August 6, 2005 Author Report Posted August 6, 2005 first bid in that new zone was accepted.
