sneader Posted August 16, 2012 Report Posted August 16, 2012 Used the HOTWIRE search box on betterbidding.com to start the hotel search process.Wound up paying $64.00 per night for two nights (8/17 checkin, 8/19 checkout) at the 2.5 star Holiday Inn Express in Sioux Falls.Primary amenities listed were: Indoor pool(s), Airport Shuttle, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Business CenterWhen you click "See All Amenities" there is a huge list, which added:Laundry Facilities (self-service), High-Speed Internet Access, Golf Nearby, Free Parking, Free Breakfast, Free Internet, Accessible path of travel, Accessible for the blind, Accessible for the deaf.We were actually able to get a better price for Friday night only on a 3.5* (likely Sheraton), but the price jumped up dramatically if we included Saturday for a two-night stay. The Holiday Inn Express was the best value for a two-night stay.Hope this helps. - Scott

sneader Posted August 20, 2012 Author Report Posted August 20, 2012 Just a follow-up... hotel was very nice. Fairly noisy at night, but that happens on Saturday nights, almost everywhere you go. We asked for a 3rd floor room to minimize the "floor pounders".Breakfast was very good, as is usually the case with Holiday Inn Express... scrambled eggs, sausage & gravy biscuits, sausage patties & links plus all the normal assortment of "carbs", and of course their signature cinnamon rolls. Rooms were clean and adequate, wi-fi was average quality (usable), staff friendly. We'd go again.- Scott
