Hotwire Hotel: 3* Monteagle Best Western Smokehouse Lodge

I didn't see this property listed here so I wanted to add the Best Western Smokehouse Lodge in Monteagle, Tn to the list. And of course, I used the HOTWIRE link from this forum to make the booking. We are only staying one night so I probably won't have much to say, but I will follow up with a report next week after we return.

For the record, standard rates through their site appear to be in the $109-$119 range(and they also have cabins onsite at $189 per night), so the savings aren't much but I will gladly take them. I've been watching for a couple of weeks and the $96 price has been pretty consistent.

Hope you're pleased with the results and this will work well for your needs. Very deep discounts and can sometimes be tough in more rural areas as there is less hotel competition, so hotels don't need to discount as deeply in order to 'win' the business from their competitors.
