Priceline Hotel: Chicago 08/31/12 - 09/02/12

Hi, I'm trying to book a hotel somewhere convenient to go to the North Coast Music Festival being held in Chicago at Union Park from 08/31 to 09/02. What regions would be best suited as far as location goes and can you give me tips on how to get the best possible price? I'd like to use PRICELINE and bid.

I was thinking up to $150 night. Do you think this is feasible?

Union Park is to the West of downtown and there are really no hotels in that area. It is best to instead stay downtown in either the Millennium Park/Loop/Grant Park area or the River North/NMA area, then take public transit to the concert.

What would be your desired budget per night for this stay?
