My guess for this property is the Milford Plaza upgraded from the 2* level when it was last reported to the board. Do note that this HOTWIRE offer has a very low 55% recommendation from previous guests and the review breakdown from previous guests is not that good either. What are your needs and maximum budget for this trip? Are you willing to stay in areas outside of Times Square?
