Hotwire Hotel: Help identifying hotel white house downtown area

There is a deal on hotwire right now which has these amenities. It is also listed as a 4.5 star hotel however I get very frustrated with Hotwire because they seem to have their *own* rating system and don't follow the *rules* for hotel ratings that other sites do. In other words Hotwire often bumps up the rating by a 1/2 point to make it look better. Regardless...I think this might be the Palomar which is rated by everyone else as a 4 star. The reason I think it might be Palomar is because it shows over 1000 reviews from Trip Advisor. Very few hotels have over 1000 reviews....

Can someone help verify?

In terms of reviews, are you looking at the number of HOTWIRE reviews? HOTWIRE only show the tripadvisor rating (and does not always show TA ratings.)

Dates of Travel are Aug 14-16; cost before tax is $123/night. And I am looking at TRIP ADVISOR reviews. There is an icon right beside the price that says TA 1000+ reviews. It's on their hot rate deals page....
