Is anyone able to help identify what this Priceline Express deal might be?

We've negotiated an exclusive Express Deal price of just $51 a night for a 2½ star in Orange County, CA in the Disneyland - Anaheim North Area

That description matches the Quality Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort on Manchester. We have stayed there a number of times through priceline bidding ($32/night in July of 2009). It is a decent hotel. The big downside is it can be loud with the thin walls, lots of people, and right on the freeway. Bring your ear plugs. The major win is the walking distance to Disneyland!
