Hotwire Hotel: Cabo San Lucas Area 3.5 and 4.5 Star Hotel Identification? Aug 20-24

My eight year old daugheter and I are going to Cabo August 20 - 24. I found the following two hotels on Hotwire with great prices. I like the fact the 3.5 star property has a lot of amenities (including children's activities), but it only is recommended by 60% of hotwire users. What is your best guess on these properties?

In your reply please confirm the amenities associated with each property... when searching HOTWIRE for your dates i'm seeing more amenities than what you've posted for the 4* property and no 'Resort' or 'Free Internet' amenities for the 4.5* property offered in this zone.

Here are the the amenities for the four star. Looks like I missed a few initially.

Resort, Beachfront Property, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Kitchenette, Spa Services, Children's Activity Program, Free Parking

As for the 4.5 star hotel, I double checked and the amenities are still Resort, Beachfront Property, Fitness Center, Pool. There is no Free Internet and I did not list that as an amenity for the 4.5 star in my initial post.

The 4* would be a possible match for the Villa De Palmar.

When scrolling over see all for the 4.5*, I'm seeing Beachfront, fitness, pool, restaurant. Are you also seeing restaurant?

For the 4.5* is there no 'Resort' amenity listed?? (i'm not seeing this amenity on my own search... i'm seeing only the amenities that AaronJB has posted)

Also, how many adults/children are you including in your search?
