Hotwire Hotel: 4* New York City (Downtown - SoHo) Andaz Wall Street - a Hyatt Hotel

I am trying to get two nights between 9/1-9/3 and I know I am going to be paying a little more that weekend.

I can't seem to find examples of winning bids for that weekend for reference. Am I too early to bid now?

Ideally I can get a 4* for $150 or 5* for $200, per night. Thoughts?

My max budget is $200 + fees per night. I would like to get a 5* for that.

I would also consider a 4* for a little less money. Between 150-200.

The 4* Downtown-Soho has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. The 4* Central Park West would be a likely match for the Empire.

I had recently research the 4* Downtown property for another user and my guess for this one would be the Andaz Wall Street.

Keep in mind when using PRICELINE there are several possible 4*'s in the same zone and you could possibly get any of them. If HOTWIRE is showing what may be a particular property, that is not necessarily an indicator that it has PRICELINE inventory, as well.

Hi I went through with the HOTWIRE bid for the Soho region and did end up with the andaz. I am ecstatic with this result as it is a property that's been highly reviewed. I went to PRICELINE and bid up to 185 today with no success. I am very happy that with only $13 more per night I ended up with this property.
