I'm reasonably confident that is the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. There aren't that many 4* hotels in London with pools and that is the only one in the Westminster area that I can think of.

He who waits loses. Just checked Hotwire again and the above hotel is not listed anymore. The only other one listed that might work is a 4 star Westminster area, at $146 a night, with these amenities:

Amenities: Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Restaurant(s)

Less confident about that one but my guess would be the Doubletree by Hilton.

Wheelchair Accessible

If this is what you're seeing on your own search, my best guess for the Westminster property would be the Park Plaza Riverbank.
