sjpgolf
I need to revise my comment about being happy with the win. Right now I am so unhappy with Priceline, I will never use them again. Reason being, that if you are booking rooms for 2 individuals that are not a couple, there is no guarantee that you will get 2 beds. I am stuck with 4 rooms with 1 bed each. Sorry, I don't sleep in the same bed with someone I'm not involved with!! I called Priceline and told them they did not provide me with rooms that accommodate 2 people and they could care less. No help at all -- so that's it. Link to comment
thereuare
I called Priceline and told them they did not provide me with rooms that accommodate 2 people...Sorry to hear you're disappointed with the results, but PRICELINE did book you a room that will accommodate two people... wanting two beds in each room is a request as per their terms when you place a bid:All rooms will accommodate up to 2 adults. Requests for bed types (King, Queen, 2 Doubles, etc.) or other special needs (including preferences for smoking or non-smoking rooms) should be requested through your confirmed hotel and cannot be guaranteed.Have you tried calling the hotel and requesting rooms with two beds each (or if a rollaway is available)? If they're assigning you to rooms with only one bed have you offered to pay for an upgrade to ensure two beds in each room?In the future when you need separate beds you can try HOTWIRE which doesn't specifically allow you to choose two beds, but by searching for quad occupancy should provide you with separate sleeping accommodations... although the second 'bed' could be a pullout sofabed, rollaway brought into the room, etc. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
