I'm not currently seeing this property offered when searching HOTWIRE for your dates... are you still seeing the above on your own search? If so, are you searching HOTWIRE for more than one room or for more than the default 2adults/0children?

I just searched it again and found the same price. 1 room 2 adults 0 children.

Now they put the "only 5 rooms left!" on it.

I'm seeing two 5* South listings for these dates - this would be a possible match for the Cosmo.

Not necessarily... the price of the hotel i'm currently seeing is very close to the rate above, so HOTWIRE could be alternating between the two listings.

I would keep continue to check if the other property re-appears. Are you not interested in the current 5* HOTWIRE hotel offered?

Just finished booking The Cosmo on hotwire.

I'm very glad I saw the "only 4 rooms left" when I searched it and found a 5* hotel on the South Strip with casino on the amenities.

There were 3 choices on the 5* range, North (with no casino) should have been Trump, South (with no casino) I figured it would be Vdara, and this one.
