Will any of the hotels have free parking?

You might get Free Parking in the Scottsdale or North Scottsdale zone but you can't guarantee, or only bid on a hotel with free parking, with PRICELINE. If this is a requirement then you should use/search HOTWIRE and choose a hotel that offers Free Parking as a listed amenity. The trade-off is that HOTWIRE usually costs a little more than PRICELINE.

Let us know if/how you'd like to proceed and we'll take it from there.

When bidding 4* in Phoenix you have NINE re-bid zones. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.

Up in the PRICELINE FAQ is a nice discussion on timing one's bids. Essentially, there just is no way of telling what rates might do. If you are thinking of holding off until the last minute (day? week?), then a good idea is to make a cancelable back-up reservation.

HOTWIRE currently has a 4* in Scottsdale for $100 and a 4* in downtown for $127. That suggests your $87 is close. And they both list free parking as an amenity.
