After several bids, I've got the Carlton Hotel, Autograph Collection.

I'm not so happy with this bid because I've found some bad reviews in Tripadvisor.

There are a couple of negative recent reviews, but most reviews seem positive and the overall average (4/5) is quite positive. You are going to find negative reviews at just about every property in NYC - with how expensive regular rates can be, expectations may not be met.
