Priceline Hotel: 4* Quebec Loews Le Concorde

Was helping a friend bid a hotel for Quebec City for next weekend - I'd hoped he could also get the $115 rate I got for the same dates at the Hilton, but no luck. Ended up continuing to go higher and finally won the Loews Le Concorde at $137. Was unsuccessful at $130 and he was unsuccessful last night at $135.
