wchoi Posted August 6, 2012 Author Report Posted August 6, 2012 I've been trying priceline's bidding and going up to $250 without any luck, so I'm pretty happy I got a 5* hotel considering everything is pretty expensive for this period I was looking for (all the 4* and some 3* hotels cost more at for this period). I booked through this forum's HOTWIRE link :).5* Venice The Westin Europa and ReginaAmenities: Airport Shuttle, Fitness Center, Restaurant. The Airport Shuttle was the big give-away so I was pretty confident that it was going to be The Westin (although any 5* at this price would have been OK too).

wchoi Posted August 6, 2012 Author Report Posted August 6, 2012 I see you have merged the two threads on two completely different hotels. The title does not match the OP and it's rather confusing to anyone who did not see the original title. And we still do not know what the identity of the 4* hotel in the OP yet.As I can't edit post #3, the complete list of amenities for the 5* The Westin:Amenities: Airport Shuttle, Fitness Center, Restaurant, Business Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service), High-Speed Internet Access,Spa Services, Accessible path of travel, Wheelchair accessible, Accessible bathroom.

wchoi Posted August 7, 2012 Author Report Posted August 7, 2012 I just want to get this straight. Did you get it for $208 or $231? Thanks$208! :DJust to clarify, the first post was originally asking for help IDing the 4* hotel that was $231, and the 5* (The Westin)option was not available at that time. A few days later the 5* option appeared for cheaper ($208) so it was an easy decision.
cruiseshmooz Posted August 7, 2012 Report Posted August 7, 2012 Thanks! $208 is amazing. Would you kindly post your impression after you return?
