stewps Posted August 2, 2005 Report Posted August 2, 2005 I lowballed at $24 and failed. Priceline gave me a list of options including 2* drumheller travelodge at $49 per night. Can this give me a clue as to what I could bid in 72 hours to win?I am also flexible on starting date of 20/21/22. Any strategies? Thanks
thereuare Posted August 2, 2005 Report Posted August 2, 2005 No, the "Opaque" service and the "Shop and Compare" service, while both from priceline, whould be considered completely separate entities.BIG savings can be a bit tougher in smaller areas which only have lower(er) quality hotels. I would think that you will likely need to me in the high $20's/low $30's to begin to have a chance for an area such as this. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
