Started at $45 and went up by $5-10

Added a few areas close by which (hopefully) didn't have any 3.5* in the area reported to allow for extra bids. $60 bid rejected so I just went up to $70 and won

Lollapalooza during this long weekend which is why I think it's higher than what others have won
