I'm seeing a different 4* listing in this zone when searching for these dates. Are you still seeing the above listing? If so, how many people are you searching for?

2 adults. I tried the search again, and it returned the same 4* hotel w/ the same amenities. The only difference was the price; it went from $201.00 to $204.00.

This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but my guess is that it would be a new variation for the Burnham or Allegro.

We booked the room 8/4-8/6 $195.00 a night.

It was the Allegro (We love staying at Kimpton hotels)
