dfh45hb Posted August 1, 2012 Report Posted August 1, 2012 Hi there,i'am looking for a 5* Hotel in Singapore 11 Oct 12 - 14 Oct 12 (1 double room for two persons).Since I never used PRICELINE any help on bidding is appreciated.
thereuare Posted August 2, 2012 Report Posted August 2, 2012 Welcome to BetterBidding! To begin, what is your definition of a 'double room'... will accommodate two people OR that it has two beds in the room? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
thereuare Posted August 2, 2012 Report Posted August 2, 2012 OK, that's not problem as both PRICELINE and HOTWIRE guarantee at least double occupancy. If you use the search box on the top right of the board and conduct a search for Singapore, which of the zones on the map are you willing to stay in? What is your maximum bid (per nite before fees/taxes) for this trip? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
dfh45hb Posted August 3, 2012 Author Report Posted August 3, 2012 Prefer the following order:City Hall -> Orchard -> BugisSince Travelocity offers a 5* for 129USD per night it should be cheaper than that.Maybe a four star would be okay too. All areas except east coast. And again Travelocity offers one @ around 104 USD, so it should be at 90 USD max.
thereuare Posted August 3, 2012 Report Posted August 3, 2012 What do you want to try for first... a 5* property or a 4* property?Regarding your zones, are you willing to pay more to stay in your first choice of zone vs. second choice. vs third choice OR is your goal the least expensive hotel in any of your acceptable zones at the star rating you designate? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
dfh45hb Posted August 4, 2012 Author Report Posted August 4, 2012 First I would like to try five star. I prefer to get the least expensive 5* hotel.
