Then I upped the bid to 33$ for the 2nd-9th(8 days) and was denied. Changed it to $32 for the 2nd-8th(7 days). Priceline suggested a bid between $35-$36 dollars.Not the best deal in the world, but still a good enough price for me...especially considering we are doing everything last minute. I would assume that Priceline works better if you plan your vacation months ahead of time. Normally I would have gone with sidestep.com, but after coming here, I can see the value in priceline. The best price sidestep found for the dates I ended up using was $450.29 through Hertz(Besides RentAWreck, which was $306.92...but the name just scares me off from using them).
