I wanted to stay more closer to Times Square area but couldn't get any 4 stars there up to 175$.

So I lowered the offer to 160$, added Downtown and won the deal.

Not the perfect tactic I know, but I was getting short of re-bidding zones.

So maybe you can get the same for something lower.

Not a bad deal though.

This is actually a very good deal compared to traditional rates for the first half of Dec., which is traditionally the busiest time of year in NYC.
