I thought it might have been the Westin but this property doesn't indicate that it has a Resort fee, which the Westin has. Any help will be appreciated.

4* - Near the Strip - East area hotel $51 /night. 70% recommended.

I realized this was not East of Strip but "Near the Strip" so based on this I figured out it should be LVH.

The price went down to $45 so I decided to book and confirmed it was LVH. I was tempted to try Priceline but I didn't want to risk getting a hotel with a Resort fee, even though at that price point and location it wasn't very likely I was going to get too many other options. Anyway, I am happy with the price as I didn't feel like paying over $100 and resort fees on top of that, and I don't mind being a few blocks from the strip. I used your Hotwire link for this.
