I'm looking at North Michigan Ave River North, or Millenium park the loop Grant Park for 7/31 - 8/4. what should I start my bidding at? what are the going rates for these dates? thanks.

What would be your desired budget per night for this stay? Unfortunately, part of this period is extremely busy, with the Lollapalooza Festival starting 8/3. Would you be willing to split your stay? (7/31-8/3 and 8/3-4? - given the differences in rates, splitting the stay would likely result in a cheaper overall price.)

7/31-8/3, you may be able to get a 4* in the two main downtown zones at around the $85-105 mark, but 8/3 is definitely going to be significantly more expensive. Please let us know what you decide and if you have any questions.
