I will be traveling August 2-5, 2012. Hotwire lists the Hotel in the Historic District. Can anyone tell me what hotel this is and if $105.00 per night (regular $167.00 other sites) is a good price. Does this hotel usually have additional fees (such as parking, resort) that I should consider?

My guess would be the Hilton Desoto. This property charges parking, but does not charge a resort fee.

The travel dates are the same for both hotels August 2nd thru August 5th. My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary ALONE (first time) since the birth of our first child 1.5 years ago!!! I'm a little nervous. I never travel without her. Okay, now back to my need to ID!!!

I'm not currently seeing any 3* hotel offered in the Historic District when searching HOTWIRE for your dates... the 4* looks like the same hotel you asked about in your first post where it was guessed that this might be the Hilton Desoto.
