jengriffin79 Posted July 26, 2012 Report Posted July 26, 2012 I am looking to stay in downtown Denver September 7th-September 11th 2012Found a 2 star hotel at $56 per night on PricelineAmenities include: Free Internet Indoor or Outdoor Pool Free Parking Restaurant Fitness CenterThe only one that I think it can be is Townplace Suites, but they do not have a pool.I also found a 2.5 star hotel in downtown Denver for the same dates at $57 per night on HotwireAmenities include: Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service)Is this the same place??I need to book ASAP but am scared to do so if it's for someplace other then here. Townplace has good reviews, everything else down town at this price does not!Thank you for your help!
thereuare Posted July 27, 2012 Report Posted July 27, 2012 Welcome to BetterBidding! For the PRICELINE property...We are still learning/observing the new 'Deals Express' section of PRICELINE, but my guess for this 2 property would be the Quality Inn or the Ramada Inn Denver Downtown. As far as the Townplace Suites i'm not sure which one you are referring to, but if they don't have a pool then it is almost certainly not this property. As well, does it have a Restaurant, as most in this chain do not.For the HOTWIRE property...If you click/hoever over the 'See all' link are there more amenities that what you've included above? This property has a 55% recommendation from previous HOTWIRE guests and a 3.0/5.0 TA rating (also not very good), so i'm guessing it's not going to be a very well reviewed property, is this still something you're interested in, as it appears from your post above that quality is important to you for this stay. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know whatever you decide to do for this stay or if we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
