Was expecting the Drury because of the indoor hotel but WRONG!Listed 3 people and they would only give me a King size bed.... Sassy clerk said that why I shouldn't book through HOTWIRE because only his hotel knew what he had available. Be careful!
thereuare Posted July 26, 2012 Report Posted July 26, 2012 Sorry to hear you had a bad experience at this property.Did the room have a pullout sofabed or did you inquire into a rollaway brought into the room? If not I would call HOTWIRE and let them know that you had booked for 3adults and were told you could only have a room with one King bed... and in the future if that happens call HOTWIRE while you're at the property and let them resolve it for you.
