dman123288 Posted July 25, 2012 Report Posted July 25, 2012 Was expecting to get the Marriott or Brown because of past bids. Very satisfied with the Seelbach it is right on 4th Street. Needed to get a hotel right away, so I bid $80. I saved 48% on this property.
