Priceline Hotel: 4* hotels in Fort Lauderdale Beach Area

as I was looking at one of the new feature on priceline, I noticed that it listed a 4* hotel at $100/night.

Keep in mind that PRICELINE only guarantees double occupancy, after that it's at the discretion of the hotel, and you could receive a room with only one bed. While you can call the hotel you win and request a room with two beds, the hotel may not be able, or willing, to honor your request. If this is not a risk you're willing to take, HOTWIRE may still be an option as they allow you to search for up to quad occupancy and ensure sleeping accommodations for everyone you include in your search (although this usually means two beds, the second 'bed' could be a sofabed, rollaway, etc)

For the PRICELINE hotel above, we're still learning about this new product, but my best guesses would be the W Fort Lauderdale, Westin Beach Resort, Sheraton Ft Lauderdale Beach, or the Hyatt Pier 66.

for those hoetsl, $100 seem to be a bit high. I placed a bit this morning for 2 rooms @ 55 each. No bite, yes, I did use the PRICELINE link provided here. So tomorrow, I will try and see if they will bite at 60 tomorrow.

I think you're likely looking at $70-85 for a 4* in this area on PRICELINE for these dates, although I'd try $65. Are you okay with the possibility of one bed?

Actually the price is good enough that I am now bidding for 2 rooms. I got it to $65 already but not bite. I'll continue to work on it.
