My budget is USD140/night for 4star property or USD120/night for 3 star property. The last choice is USD100/night for 2 star. Free Internet is very important for me. I had booked all the air-tickets and activity. It won't be a problem to pay in advance.

I'm not currently seeing the 4* Waikiki Beach property when searching HOTWIRE for your dates... are you still seeing this on your own search?

It's no more listed on HOTWIRE now and most of hotel price were raised. Is it too early to book? Is my travel date high season in Hawaii?

December is near the beginning of high season (but not nearly as high as during Xmas break to New Years) but current prices seem reasonable for this time of year, imo.
