My guess for the 4* is a possible new amenity set for the Sheraton, while the 3.5* would be a possible match for the Hilton Garden Inn or Radisson.

Through narrowing down the amenities I sort of hoped the 4* was the InterContinental because of the indoor pool and tennis nearby. Also, could the 3.5* be the embassy suites? Thoughts?

Each of the HOTWIRE hotels above shows a 3.5/5.0 TA rating... whereas the two hotels you guessed have a 4.0 TA rating. The rating shown by HOTWIRE is not updated in real time so there is always a chance that the rating has changed since HOTWIRE's last update, but i'm doubtful either is the InterContinental or the Embassy Suites.

Bid on a 4* hotel in the downtown area using the PRICELINE link and bid was not accepted from $80-$103. Decided to purchase rooms using HOTWIRE for $103 a night on 4* and got the Sheraton.
