Latitudes
I need some advice please. In December I'll be passing through Chicago on my way to Europe. I've planned stopovers in Chicago on both the outbound (12/20) and return (12/28), for one night apiece. Looking at Expedia prices for hotels in Downtown Chicago, 4* NMA ranges from $99-$209, 4* Loop ranges from $99-$249, 3* NMA ranges from $199-$209.My questions are:When is the best time to start bidding on Priceline for these nights? How far out do most hotels forecast for Priceline? Is it ever too early to bid?Because this is over the Christmas period, what other things must I be aware of when bidding? Thanks. thereuare
If your plans are firm why not bid now? (just don't overbid!)Most important to know when bidding for these dates... it'll be cold in Chicago! :) Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
