Priceline Hotel: 3* Virginga Beach Chesapeake Suffolk

Hi

I'm a bit confused trying to find a particular hotel on PRICELINE (which I have won before) but the Priceline Maps seem wrong.

I would like to stay at the Courtyard By Marriott SUFFOLK Chesapeake (NOT the Courtyard By Marriott Chesapeake which is a different place) but can't seem to find it in Zone 3 on the PL maps. I am prepared to take a chance bidding on a 3* in Zone 3 BUT I definitely don't want the Aloft. The odd thing is that the Aloft appears in both Zones 3 AND 4 but geographically it should be in Zone 4.

Any thoughts welcome !!

My guess is that $45 will likely fall short, but if you want to give it a try:

At the 3* level you have THREE re-bid zones. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.

Select 3* Chesapeake - Churchland - Suffolk...

Bid $35, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $40, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $43, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $45

I was waiting to fix my dates - its now 17th Aug. You said $45 sounded too low - what do you think a realistic bid would be without needing to do a lot of re-bidding?

If you're not looking to do a lot of bidding i would bid as follows, using your THREE re-bid zones (If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.):

Select 3* Chesapeake - Churchland - Suffolk...

Bid $50, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $55, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $60, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $65

If $65 is more than you'd like to pay then you can adjust the numbers accordingly... but i chose $65 as once you get beyond that you may want to choose your hotel like the Courtyard for $89 or the Hilton Garden Inn for $81.
