All four 3* hotels listed in West Des Moines on your hotel list were acceptable to me. These ranged from $125 to $149 p/n on hotels.com. Other West Des Moines areas also had 3* except for Racetrack, so I was going to be limited on rebids. Therefore I started a little higher than I might otherwise.

Bid West Des Moines 3* for $70. Rejected, rebid was offered for $85. I rejected that, figured I was close.

Added Racetrack, bid again for $75 ($92.25 including fees and taxes). That was accepted. Received the Marriott West Des Moines, which was on Hotels.com tonight for $149.

Very pleased with the hotel and the deal. Thank you for your hotel list, it really helped.
