Priceline Hotel: Looking for 2*+ in SF

I am looking for a very cheap hotel in any SF area for 1 night 8/10-8/11 (hoping $50 total, with fees included).

For 8/11-8/12, I am looking for a place closer to the heart of the city (civic center, financial district, fisherman's wharf, marina-lombard, SOMA, union square, richmond all OK). Hoping for $120 total, with fees included.

Better star rating would be nice, but location is the most important.

For what date(s) did you try the above? Were you unsuccessful? If so, do you still need a room for the first nite OR are you making this a one nite trip and now only need the nite of 8/11?

I didn't try the above yet because I have been bidding at ~105 for 8/11 the past few nights and have been unsuccessful. I now still need the night of 8/11.
