I think you left out a Restaurant amenity above, this is what i see when searching HOTWIRE for your dates as the 4* in The Corridor zone:

If this is what you're currently seeing, my best guess would be the Hilton Los Cabos or the Sheraton Hacienda.

I gave Priceline a try for El Corridor, Resort from dec. 31, 2012 to jan. 10, and I got the Sheraton Hacienda for 99$ per night plus taxes. I am very happy and looking forward for my next vacation.
