Hotwire Hotel: Hi - need help identifying 3.5 star hotel in Civic Center South - Hayes Valley area

Hi

I am searching for a hotel room for my family (2 adults & 2 children), so when I do a hotwire search I always put in 2 adults & 2 children, only when the results come in the price always seems to be based on 2 adults only, and makes no mention of the 2 children, even though I definately put 2 children in when I did the search. What should I do? Do I take the risk and book anyway? And argue (if need be) that I did put 2 children into the search?

When I put 4 adults into the search it does find rooms based on 4 adults sharing but the price is alot more expensive.

It's quite frustrating so any advice from you would be really appreciated - thank you!

What are your date/s of travel and destination? Additionally, what browser are you using?

When you search for 2adults/2children and then look at the top of the page just above the RED "Hotwire hot Rates" and BLUE "More Hotels" tab... by the city searched, dates and rooms does it only show 2adults OR in that area does it also show 2adults/2children? What about if you use the HOTWIRE search box on the top left of this page and/or the BiddingHelper.com search box in the middle of the page... do you see 2adults/2children in your results when using these search boxes (as i know it works for each of these)

Where is it that you're looking that it indicates that the children have been removed from the search parameters?

I've had a look at Hotwire and I'm being quoted $840 for 5 nights from 08/20 to 08/25, for 2 adults & 2 children, it's a 3.5 star holtel in Civic Centre South (Hayes Valley Area), it has the following facilities:

Free internet

Accessible path of travel

In-room accessiblity

Smoke-free rooms

Fitness center

Restaurants

Business Center

High-speed internet

Accessible for the blind

Accessible for the deaf

Wheelchair accessible

Accessible bathroom

Handicapped parking

It's had 500+ reviews on tripadvisor, scores 3.5 out of 5.

Does anyone have any idea which hotel this might be? Thanks

Please change the currency drop down menu on the top right of HOTWIRE's page to US Dollars (and if applicable the country to United States). Then continue to search HOTWIRE and post to the board in US Dollars so that rates are consistent and not subject to interpretation due to future currency fluctuation. Once you're ready to purchase simply change the drop down menu to whatever currency you'd like to use and complete your purchase.

What is the rate per nite in US Dollars?
