This is the Novotel inside the airport at Terminal 3.

I was hoping for the Sheraton inside Terminal 2 which I got last time.

The Novotel is not really inside Terminal 3 at Roissy, but rather very close to it (3-5 min walk), inside the RER station called Roissy Pole. It has 3 hotels all near each other (Ibis, Novotel and a Hilton). I stayed at all 3 and can say the Novotel is a very decent hotel. While not as nice as a Sheraton, it is still a great hotel. You have direct access to the Roissy Val (free Train Shuttle) which will take you to T1 or T2 terminals (T3 is right next to hotel), and you can also take the RER commuter train into Paris in about 40 mins.

Hint, if you find the breakfast too expensive at the Novotel, just walk over to the Ibis where it's much cheaper and still amazing.

Yes, you are right about the location. It is great when you have luggage because it had direct access to the Roissy Val. No waiting for an airport shuttle.
