Need some help for a bidding stragety for Toledo, Ohio. I say the hotel list, and I'm really looking for a 3 or 4 star hotel downtown. It would only be one night 7/25 to 7/26. Need a bidding stragety for this. Would prefer the Hilton downtown, which is a 3 star
