Sorry about that.The search was on Hotwire The dates would be March 03 to March 09 2013 two adults and two children.

it is strange that I see it on on my laptop but I do not see it on my wife's computer I am putting in the same dates using Google chrome for both but it only shows up on one cpu.

Why?

When you don't see the property offered, is a different 3* hotel offered in this zone OR no 3* hotels are shown? If a different 3* property is offered what is the price?

There are no hotels offered whatsoever in the park city area on the other computers. when i log on to my laptop when I see it it gives me the amenities as mentioned above and the price of $123.00 ($345.00 on other sites).

Is this common?

No, that is not normal behavior for HOTWIRE... could be a bug in their system or it could be the hotel was booking at one time when you did a search, but is no longer bookable (and if you actually did go to purchase this property you would receive a "sorry, no longer available" message. I can't say which is more or less likely then the other.
