Best guess for this property would be the Hilton Washington, although the Doubletree would be a distant second guess (most Doubletree properties are 3.5* rated although we are seeing a few that have been upgraded to the 4* level)

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The beds were comfortable and the location was great for our visit to see the Capital. I want to warn other bidders that parking at this hotel is $45! I was stunned! I expected around $30. We arrived too late at the hotel to use a self parking lot nearby. The front desk clerk felt sorry for me and gave us breakfast vouchers for all of us to enjoy the buffet. A very nice gesture and the breakfast was GREAT!
