This was my first time to stay at a resort so I was very pleased with my stay.

Checking-in was quick and easy. I registered with my Marriott Rewards number thinking they wouldn't accept it because I won the hotel through Priceline but the front desk person entered it without question.

We self-parked for free but the self-parking lot is located across the street and down about 1/10th of a mile. We made sure to unload everything up by the hotel entrance and then we parked.

Every room has a balcony with a view of the ocean. The furnishings were very nice (the bed spread looked new, the paint on the walls looked fresh, nice bathroom amenities,....I never notice things like this so thats how I knew I really liked this place).

We enjoyed the free lounge chairs and tiki huts out on the beach. The tiki huts are in permanent locations. You can rent chairs and umbrellas and move those closer for a fee. The water sports hut is a few yards from the hotel and their is also a hut on the beach for Marriott guests to get towels.

The only time we ate at the hotel was for breakfast. We had the breakfast buffet at the Tropiks restaurant. It was $14.95 and it had a lot of variety and the price was what we expected to pay at resort restaurant.

We used the workout room one evening with no trouble, we used the treadmill, free weights and machines. There were towels and a water jug available there.

We checked out by the TV. We had an awesome stay at this resort and I would love to stay here again.
