I am looking for advice to start my bidding with Priceline to getting a lower hotel rate. I currently have reservation with Hotel 71, nice property/location but the price is over $400 for both nights and it's really just something I can't accept!

I am looking for a 4* hotel in this area.

I was going to start my bidding at $55 based on the success the previous poster left with the Hyatt. Any suggestions would be a great help!

Thanks :)

Thank you for the awesome tip! I will give this a try when I get home from work and report back! I found a much better deal at Swissotel with Travel Zoo which totalled $335 after taxes, which by Chicago standards for 2 nights is not bad without using something like PL or HW to book.

Awesome board dude.
