I saw the 4 potential 4* hotels on this site from Priceline for St. Catharine's Niagra Falls, and I am looking for help on where to start price-wise and if it is worth it. I am traveling there from July 19-21, so 2 nights. Is it possible to get one of these 4* hotels around 60$?

What is the best rate you're able to find at an acceptable 4* hotel thru conventional booking channels? How much of a discount would you need in order for it to 'be worth it'?

Peak summer travel season for this area and including a weekend nite... $60 doesn't seem realistic. As per above, what is the best rate you're able to find at an acceptable hotel for these dates? (using BiddingHelper.com to assist in your rate search)

I have found for those two nights $330 total. For it to be "worth it", I am hoping to get them around $200 total for the two days. What do you think? Thanks!

$200 all-in? You can try, but at current rates I don't think has too much of a chance... you're more likely looking at the $115-$135 per nite before taxes and fees.
