Again I've landed the Radisson RTP assuming it was not 3.5 stars (last month I had this happen on Hotwire). I had a hunch P/L too might have upped this Radisson property from 3 to 3.5, when "Best Value" was displayed both for this zone and for this zone's 3.5 level property. It is a good value (best website rate is $94) and well below the 3.5-star Sheraton's posted win of $75.

Used BB's link, starting at $31 and bumping in increments of $3 until winning.
