Looking for a 3* in Portland July 20 - 22.

I have been unsuccessful bidding up to $100

Any advice? or what I could expect to have to pay for this area?

Biddeford - Saco is my free rebid zone.

Ideally I was hoping for $100as my MAX. But looks like I may have to go a bit higher. All the research shows the portland 3*'s going for under $100. Maybe my timing is bad??
