AaronJB Posted July 6, 2012 Report Posted July 6, 2012 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)Please provide the date/s of travel and we would be happy to take a look and try to ID. Additionally, how many rooms are you searching for and how many adults/children in the party? For the TS 4* property, if you scroll over "see all", are there any additional amenities showing with the listing? If so, please reply with the complete list.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
Jewelz Posted July 6, 2012 Author Report Posted July 6, 2012 Hi, Sorry, I forgot the dates of the travel:July 30 - Aug. 5th, 2012with 2 adults and 2 children in each room,I am booking 2 rooms. For the TS 4* property, that was all that was listed under "see all amenities".
thereuare Posted July 7, 2012 Report Posted July 7, 2012 Are you selecting 2rooms/4adults/4children when searching as i'm not seeing either of these when entering this as the search criteria (i only see the above when searching 2rooms/2adults/2children, which does not ensure sleeping accommodations for everyone in your group... or are you willing to take the risk of receiving rooms with only one bed?)Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
Jewelz Posted July 8, 2012 Author Report Posted July 8, 2012 Hi, I don't see it either. Either it disappeared or my mistake. Thanks anyways.
Jewelz Posted July 8, 2012 Author Report Posted July 8, 2012 Hi, please help to identify this 3 star hotel in Times Square. Travel dates are July 30-August 5, 2012. For 2 rooms (4 adults and 4 kids). It has a travel rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars by Tripadvisor. The hotel has the following amenities:Fitness Center Restaurant(s) Business Center High-Speed Internet Access Thanks in advance.
Jewelz Posted July 8, 2012 Author Report Posted July 8, 2012 By the way, regular price says $247 CDN, now $164.84 per room per night.
AaronJB Posted July 8, 2012 Report Posted July 8, 2012 What would be your desired budget per night for this stay? For the 3* TS, please click the currency tab in the upper corner of HOTWIRE and reply with the per night cost (before taxes/fees) in USD$.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
Jewelz Posted July 8, 2012 Author Report Posted July 8, 2012 Very frustrating! Hotwire refreshed and now I no longer see the hotel anymore!
AaronJB Posted July 8, 2012 Report Posted July 8, 2012 I'm seeing a possible match for the Holiday Inn Midtown for $186 and what I'm guessing would be the Ramada New Yorker for $211 on HOTWIRE. I'm seeing the Beekman Tower (1 BR Suite) for $176 on Expedia, but that is definitely in the East portion of the MTE area. Please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
Jewelz Posted July 8, 2012 Author Report Posted July 8, 2012 Hi, The hotel is back up again: 238 US reguarly and now 155 US. Everything else is still the same as the above.
thereuare Posted July 9, 2012 Report Posted July 9, 2012 I only see this property listed when searching for 2rooms/4adults/0children... NOT when searching for 2rooms/4adults/4children.Are you seeing it when searching for quad occupancy per each room? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
Jewelz Posted July 9, 2012 Author Report Posted July 9, 2012 Hi,Yes, total number of people is 8: 4 people per room (2 adults and 2 children in each of the room. The hotel offer comes and goes for whatever reason. I'd appreciate your help in identifying this hotel.
thereuare Posted July 11, 2012 Report Posted July 11, 2012 I'm still not seeing this property (the 3* Times Square hotel) when searching for 2rooms/4adults/4chidren, but if it's the same hotel with the same amenities i'm seeing when searching for 2rooms/4adults then my best guess for this one would be the Edison Hotel. However, keep in mind that the amenities above are common at most 3* hotels in the city, so there are certainly other possibilities for this one. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help.
