I don't think so. Atlantis does have a free breakfast, but I don't know if that is a 4.5 star hotel.

My point about was that if the Peppermill doesn't serve a Complimentary Breakfast, which is an amenity associated with this property, then it is in all likelihood something different... the Atlantis, downgraded from the previously reported 5* level, would be a good guess, but i'm far from certain.
