The 4* hotel matches both the Hyatt and the Westin... so best guess is either one of those. The 3.5* is a match for the Sheraton so that would be our best guess on that one.

Thanks for your help. The 4 star was the Westin and was fine, with the exception of a shower which did not drain AT ALL.
