Priceline Hotel: 4* New York City

Hi all,

I am looking for a 4* Hotel in New York City . The hotel should be very central with very short distances to sight seeing spots and nightlife. I bid 135$ but got rejected for EST, MDT, MDW, SoHo and TS. Timeframe should be 6 nights during 29.08 and 06.09.

Any help for a bidding strategy is appreciated!!

I bid up to 170 dollars and included 3.5* Hotels for the regions EST, MDT, MDW, SoHo and TS for the days 08/31 - 09/05 without any luck. Any idea what the prices would be for this this time and date?

I think you're extremely close, and probably don't need to go more than $5-10 higher. HOTWIRE has 3.5-4*'s for around $192-225.
